Injection Moulding

Image of Injection Moulding

Injection mouldings is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting material into a mould.  We utilise a host of materials, including TPE, Nylon, PVC and Polypropylene. Material for the product is fed into a heated barrel, mixed, and forced into a mould cavity, where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity.

CDG's capabilities range from single shot mouldings weighing 2.5kg to multicavity components weighing as little as 20g.  Our injection moulding machines range from 50 to 320 tonne allowing CDG to offer versatile and flexible solutions for small and large volumes.
