The Modular Power System (MPS) has been developed to meet the growing demand for cost and labour efficient power supplies within the construction industry. MPS is a bespoke factory manufactured wiring loom designed to meet the varying power requirements for each project.
MPS is manufactured with high quality injection moulded zero halogen, low smoke compound and components. This system is ideally suited to a wide variety of building environments for the provision of single and 3 phase power supplies, such as hotels, apartments and retirement homes.
Another significant benefit of MPS is the ease in which it can be installed and maintained. With project deadlines becoming tighter and tighter, MPS offers both time and cost-saving benefits to a variety of applications.
This can assist in meeting or bringing forward project milestones or deadlines. In addition, with the jointing pre-manufactured the need for highly skilled electrical installers can be reduced, as the system can be installed by semi skilled labour, again offering a cost saving benefit.
Each system is specifically designed and manufactured to meet the clients needs with pre-set lengths between each moulded outlet unique to each installation. Each tap off is electrically tested during manufacture for insulation resistance and continuity and once the loom is completed a 5kV test is applied for 1 minute.
